Living Well with Cardiac Symptoms Programme
The Living Well with Cardiac Symptoms Programme is an online, eight session video-based psychological treatment programme designed to address symptoms of cardiac anxiety. This introductory video provides information about the programme so you can make an informed decision regarding whether you wish to access the full programme.

Psychological Science & Behavioural Theory
We use brief, evidence-based psychological models to help adults who are experiencing either an identified psychological health problem or other psychological, emotional or behavioural difficulty. We also provide coaching psychology services for professionals across a range of industries and management tiers, which aim to optimise leadership and other predictors of team functioning
Clinical Supervision
We offer supervision to other clinical psychologists, specialising in clinical health psychology, trauma-focused CBT and related areas.

Clinical Services Online
Clinical services are offered primarily online. Accessing psychological services online is equally effective as attending in person and is often more accessible to people who are recovering from serious injury. This allows easy access to high quality psychological services, wherever you are based.
